Semaglutide

Book an intake with one of our nurses.  You will first receive an email confirmation with instructions on your next steps.  Before your appointment we request that all documents are filled out on our HIPPA complaint patient portal.

Once your forms are filled out the nurse will be best prepared for our Telemedicine appointment.  During your appointment the nurse will review your health history and answer any questions you may have related to Semaglutide injections.  

After receiving approval you can decided weather you would like to become a Member and receive additional discounts, or pay retail pricing.  Medications will be ordered upon payment receipt, 

ALLOW 1 week for processing.  Once medications are processed you will receive your medication or you can come into clinic for your injections.

We require a weekly check-in to support your success and answer any questions that you may have.
