Chakra balancing is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy across your chakra system. When your chakras are balanced, you will feel relaxed, centered, grounded, energized, and aware. It is said that there are small wheel-houses within our bodies. Each of these areas are attached to specific regions, organs and cellular function within the body. Opening up these energy chakras allows divine energy to flow and create miracles to happen within your life.

At the beginning of your session, you and the Reiki practitioner will spend a short time discussing the reason you’re here and what benefits you hope to receive.
You’ll then lie down on a massage table, clothed to your comfort(do we provide robes), and be guided into relaxation as the session begins. The practitioner will lay or hover her hands over different parts of your body—your head, neck, hands, arms, back, torso, legs, and feet—to channel the energy to you. She may also use clearing techniques to help remove negative energy or blocks.
Sometimes, messages or visions will be channeled to you or to the practitioner that will help you see your situation more clearly or provide you with guidance.
Each session is different depending on the person, their life scenario, and what is channeled during our time together. Sometimes, the messages or results of the session are different than expected. What you can always count on is that, no matter what happens, energy healing with Reiki acts for your highest good.

EFT therapy was first used and developed by Gary Craig. He found an approach to effectively communicate with mind-body medicine and acupressure techniques. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a self-help technique that involves tapping near the end points of “energy meridians” located around the body in order to reduce tension and promote a deeper mind-body connection. This technique goes by a few different names, including the Emotional Freedom Technique, EFT Tapping, or simply Tapping. According to the EFT Universe website, “EFT has been researched in more than 10 countries, by more than 60 investigators, whose results have been published in more than 20 different peer-reviewed journals”, which include the Journal of Clinical Psychology, the APA journals Psychotherapy: Theory, Research, Practice, Training, and Review of General Psychology. One of the best things about EFT is that it can be done anywhere, at any time, quickly and without the use of any equipment, medications, or supplements. What types of symptoms can EFT help to manage or prevent? People use EFT tapping techniques for:

EFT was introduced around 1995, following another mind-body method called Thought Field Therapy, or TFT. In the 1980s, TFT was developed by Dr. Roger Callahan, a clinical psychologist, who found that it helped people naturally manage symptoms of anxiety, phobias, and physical problems related to stress. Gary Craig, one the lead creators of the Emotional Freedom Technique, was one of Dr. Callahan’s students who further researched and refined TFT techniques in order to establish his own unique approach. Since 1995, a variety of EFT courses have been available to the public, focusing on teaching people how to easily use tapping techniques to overcome obstacles like fear, anger, and feeling overwhelmed.
